Reviewers
Monitoring the reviewers assigned to abstract submissions.
Reviewers
The Reviewers page is available to users with the Abstracts - Admin policy. It shows the full roster of reviewers for the congress and how far along each one is with their reviews.
This page is for monitoring only — it does not let you add, remove, or reassign reviewers. The reviewer roster and any submission-to-reviewer assignments are managed directly in the Admin Dashboard.
The reviewer list
The table shows:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Reviewer's name (falls back to email if not set) |
| Reviewer's email address | |
| Categories | The scientific categories this reviewer is restricted to, or "—" if they can review any category |
| Assigned | Completed / assigned / total review count — shown when the congress uses assigned review distribution |
| Reviewed | Completed / total review count — shown when the congress uses free-for-all review distribution |
Both progress columns are sortable, so you can quickly find reviewers who are furthest behind.
Review distribution methods
A congress can distribute abstracts to reviewers in one of two ways, configured per congress:
- Free-for-all — any reviewer can review any submission that still needs reviews, up to their individual review limit if one is set
- Assigned — a submission is only visible to a reviewer once they've been explicitly assigned to it. In this mode the Assigned column separates reviews that are assigned but not yet scored from those that are complete.
If a reviewer has a review limit set, the total shown is their limit; if unlimited, it shows as "∞".
