Email Templates

Templates define the visual design of an email — the layout, branding, colours, and structural blocks. They are separate from campaigns so the same design can be reused across multiple sends.

Managing templates

Navigate to Email → Templates to see all saved templates. From here you can:

• Create a new template
• Edit an existing template in the email design builder
• Delete templates that are no longer needed

Applying a template to a campaign

When you reach the Design step in a campaign, you will be prompted to select an existing template or design from scratch. Once a template is applied, it is used to render the email content for that campaign.
