Introduction to the APOA Congress admin platform.

Overview

The APOA Congress admin platform is the central tool for managing all aspects of the congress. It is built on the Admin Dashboard and provides a web interface for every operational team — from the scientific program committee to the communications and support teams.

Getting to the platform

The admin platform is accessed via the URL provided by your administrator. Login is handled via single sign-on (SSO) — you will be redirected to authenticate and then returned to the dashboard automatically.

If your session has expired, you will be redirected to the login page. After logging in you will be returned to the page you were trying to access.

The dashboard

After login you land on the dashboard, which shows tiles for every section you have access to. Sections you do not have permission to access are not displayed. Click any tile to navigate directly to that section.

Some tiles show a badge with a count — for example, Support Tickets shows the number of open tickets assigned to you, and Issues shows the count of open items.
