Overview
Congress ticket orders.
Orders
The Orders section shows congress ticket orders, available to users with the Orders - Read policy. It's a view-only dashboard — there are no bulk actions, refunds, or exports from here.
Ticket sales themselves are handled by an external ticketing provider. Order status, totals, line items, and issued tickets come live from that provider; the dashboard adds supplementary local information such as uploaded invoices and payment proof.
Orders list
A searchable, sortable table of every order:

Search matches the order ID, email, or buyer name. You can also filter by status.
Order statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Completed | Payment confirmed |
| Pending | Awaiting payment — including orders paid by an offline/manual method awaiting confirmation |
| Cancelled | Order was cancelled |
Order detail
Click a row to open the full order:
- Header — order number, status badge, order date, buyer name and email, and payment method if applicable
- Tickets — each issued ticket, with its description, price, holder name and email, and any answered ticket-holder detail fields
- Totals — subtotal, booking fee, and total
- Submission Details — the answers the buyer gave on the checkout form (billing, dietary requirements, etc.)
- Payment Proof — if the buyer uploaded evidence of an offline payment, it's shown here as a downloadable file
- Invoices — any invoice PDFs attached to the order, newest first, each downloadable
