Introduction
An overview of the APOA Congress documentation and what each section covers.
Introduction
This documentation covers the two main areas of the APOA Congress administration platform.
Congress Dashboard
The Congress Dashboard is the day-to-day operational interface for congress staff. It covers everything needed to manage the congress lifecycle — from the scientific program through to attendee communications and support.
| Section | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Getting Started | Platform access, login, and a walkthrough of your role permissions |
| Program | Building and managing the scientific program — sessions, speakers, breaks, and room assignments |
| Support | Handling attendee and delegate support tickets, replies, and resolution tracking |
| Communications | Creating and sending email campaigns to attendee segments |
| Abstracts | Reviewing abstract submissions, scoring, and managing acceptance decisions |
| Help & Issues | Reporting bugs and requesting features for the admin platform |
Admin Dashboard
The Admin Dashboard is the system-level configuration area for platform administrators. It covers the underlying setup that powers the Congress Dashboard — user management, roles, data structure, and integrations.
Documentation for the Admin Dashboard is currently being written and will be added shortly.
